As per medical aid; special tariffs for clients without medical aids (strictly cash payable at time of consultation).

MEDICAL AIDS

Services may be covered in full or in part by your medical aid. It is the client’s responsibility to check coverage at their medical aid by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• How many sessions per year does my medical aid cover?
• If I have been hospitalized for mental health, does my medical aid grant me out-of-hospital sessions too?
• Is approval required from my medical aid?

REDUCED FEES

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

PAYMENT

Cash and EFT.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In accordance with the BHF, if a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment or has not notified the practice at least 24 hours in advance, the client shall be liable to pay the full cost of the session.
